Therapy Fees, Sessions & Availability

Therapy sessions are usually held weekly, creating continuity and space for reflection between each meeting.

For some types of work, such as couples, parent–child (dyadic), or family sessions, we will decide together on a rhythm that best suits your needs and process. 

Each session provides a confidential, calm space to explore whatever feels important to you, at a pace that feels right.

Fees apply to both in-person and online sessions.
Concession rates may be available for students or those with financial limitations – please enquire during your consultation.

Availability

I currently see clients both in person and online.

My Central London (Regent Street) practice is open from Tuesday to Friday, with sessions beginning from 9:00 a.m. and the last session starting at 8:00–8:30 p.m.

On Mondays, I am based in Esher, Surrey, where I also offer in-person sessions.

For those who require greater flexibility, evening or weekend appointments may be available by special request. Online sessions can usually be arranged at various times during the week to suit your schedule.
